Dartmouth Park Rear Garden
This garden In Dartmouth Park was struggling with a lawn that would never grow due to an unhelpful combination of clay soil, shading and an energetic dog!
To replace this we designed a generous gravel path leading past the pottery studio to a comfortable paved sitting area at the end of the garden.
Removing the lawn allowed us to introduce some generous planting beds to the garden, bringing colour, texture and seasonal interest throughout the year.
A planted water trough provides a beautiful focal point within the planting and creates a tranquil feel in this previously underused garden.
